  1. Hi my name is michelle allhiser. I live in cochranton, PA. A small community in Nw Pa. I have some concerns for our community. It is a very family oriented , with alot of really nice folks. My concern is this; awareness and safety for our children. In regards to them knowing what to do, if a stranger should approach them and how they would handle it. I have had a recent encounter with a man, when i was walking my two little dogs. I was able to handle it, but im a 43 yr old woman. But what if this had happened to a child or teenager or even an elderly person? I did contact the local police dept. after a disturbance behind my apt. bldg. early tues morning. and followed up with them today. Could you please contact me asap, I would like to know more about your program. Thank you Michelle Allhiser

  2. I have a group I would like to enter into the 4th of July Parade. The Greentown “Teens for the Troops”. We raise money and supplies for the USO in a neighborhood drive held in Greentree Allotment on the 4th of July Weekend. What is the protocol? Thank You

  3. Hi Karen! I have forwarded your information to our July 4th (July 5th, this year) parade chairman. Thank you!

  4. Hi Michelle! We provide an event titled, “Safety Town” for children entering Kindergarten in the fall. We talk about stranger danger, bus safety, bicycle safety, dialing 9-1-1 in an emergency, playground/park/water safety, and some first aid information. I would ask your city’s chamber of commerce or local service organization if someone in your city has a similar program.

    Thank you!
